happy Friday. it’s St. Patrick’s Day eve, do you know where your Sig. O is? i sure don’t. i’m home alone and gonna sleep this tasty buzz off then go see what hell the Strippers are raising at the Keysville Classic. travelin’ light - a moto, a Pendleton for a bedroll, a tarp, a tooth brush, a coffee cup, and a flask of Anejo. that should do it. from there i’ll rely on my finite stores of onboard Calories and the good kindness of strangers.

Are you buying a Lev? Damn, I’m jealous. Lenz makes some cool bikes. I’m not sure it will do more for you than your Homer, er, Turner. Actually, I would look at the Behemoth instead of the Lev. It is a little more beefy and has a little more travel. Stick a 130mm fork on the front and go hit some shit. Sounds good to me.
Have a good trip to Keyesville. Instead of doing that my parents are going to meet my future in-laws. Then my S.O. and I are going to go do some dancing and drink some green margaritas and beer. Yum.

Hey Reedster, dance the night away. I know significants like that sort of thing…actually, I like that sort of thing! Dancing is cool man. Pegs out the fun meter once in a while. I just pressed send on my parts package through a couple different internet sites for my mother fuckin VULTURE bicycle…expensive…stoked!

what’s a Lev? if it’s a bike, i’d have to say the quiver is full. heck, i’m ridin’ as much as possible and still barely feel like i’m puttin miles on the bikes. just this weekend i rode 700+ miles on my one an only moto just to watch TBS at the Keysville Classic in soCAL. i must say, i’m proud. Grizz and Wolfy represented! i’d suspect those dudes will have some fun to type about, so i won’t steal any thunder.
back to the query… Reedster. think Oak Creek Canyon, spring break in the late 1900’s… OK, so it was fair after all. that should skew the score. it’s also a play on words.

Man, I blew that one. For some reason I’m in bike mode right now and not climbing mode. I thought of Red Rocks, but then I started thinking of bikes. Lenz cycles makes a full suspension 29er called the Leviathon and I got confused between Levitation and Leviathon. Doh!
Levitation 29? Man, I think I would bet my ass kicked right now. And, there’s almost no chance I could lead much of the damn thing. Not only am I heavy, I haven’t been doing any climbing, so the sharp end would scare the bejeezus out of me.
Are you heading that way soon? Amber and I have spring break in 2 weeks and we aren’t sure where to go. Two possibilities are Zion or the Grand Canyon, but we haven’t made any decisions yet.

i Distinctly remember a nice woman racer saying to me, as i calmly meditated near the top of a climb on lap 2, “those guys are Sick…” those guys being the 2 fruitloops in the “retro class” that chose to race the same amount as other racers in their effort. “that’s Grizzly Bike Geek and Wolfy-man! of course they’re nuts!”
