SMcG is hitting town Friday afternoon. I promised him a BBQ. I offer up my house and humble back yard. I’ll hook up some Meatage, some beerage and a heap of paper plates in something festive like Rainbow Bright’s special birthday motif. Let’s make it a pot luck though, cause I can’t handle that kind of planning. Someone make some Potato Salad. Someone make some coleslaw for those wierdos who like that crap. Someone bring some wieners, some wine, some watermelon, you know the works. If I can get it together to buy a new grill then maybe we can actually cook something. Otherwise, well, I guess we’ll figure something out.

way back in the late 1900’s, this super RAD live-wire of a young lady named’ Sally, gave me a potato salad recipe, a.k.a. “Sal’s Mean Potato Salad” that I’d love to share with the Werld. Shredder approved? well, if she met Sally at a “ski house party” she’d probably give her a HI-5. so i’ll pull that one from the annals of the Emily St. tavern_bistro_barsita_bike coop in honor of Dr. Sweet and trail master McGuinness taking a layaway in our biggest little city.

PS- in a serious oversight i abandoned at least seven (7!) Sierra Nevada Pale Ale’s at the Arlington Street-St.Lawerence Burriton Kitchen last Friday night. if ANYONE has seen them, please contact ME! they are amber glass 12 oz. bottles, kinda stubby - fit in a cozy perfectly, with a green and yellow label. twist off caps, but if you noticed that, it’s probably too late…x
They made the oil change/tire rotation easier to bear. Fuck I hate working on cars. WTF does Subaru have against changing air filters anyway????

sure it’s portable, but i’m on the bike today. we can always make a fire ring in the dirt… or steal a barrel from the hobos down on the river. keepin’ it real… you could’ve saved a lot of bike money if we’d thought of that before you invested in a new grill. hot dogs on a coat hanger, potatos in foil in the coals… paper bags of cheap liquor.
