Hey Kids,
It seems that while i was on the road i missed alot of the fun to be had in our short spring season. thought i’d share a few pics from my misadventures across the Northwest. Originally, my plan was to head into Oregon and ski as many of the Cascades as possible. The plan slowly fell apart and i was left to my own devices. Snow quality and differing goals with my partner where the major reasons we decided to reevaluate. below are a few shots from the travels.
Skiing into the crater is illegal apparently, so we were relegated to the backside. we pretty much just played around the Watchman and Mt. Hilman. It was storming pretty hard for the first day and half so we also had some quality tent time.

2) skiing the actual crater down to the lake is illegal. we did meet a ranger when we were standing on the edge looking down.

Oh! Duck sausage! I thought it was duck butter. Maybe that’s what the dude next to cam-Ron had just finished licking in that last pic. Mmmm… duck butter.
Just seeing some powder makes me realize how denied we were this winter (sniff sniff).
