Well Team Bacon Strip will be Reppin’ The Single Speed World Champs 2008! Had my ipod Touch all cued up and hit send @ 12:01 while watching the fireworks in Downtown Reno from our dining room. Gris, Bustigator, Icandy, Nat and Myself all got in so far. Next, to find some camping! Anyone else get their app in in time?

Swwweeeeet! I was so stoked to get in but with every up there is a down. Long story short-We(Trent,Onesie,Ben(Metro) and myself) didn’t get into the 24 hour race in Pueblo. I put us on the their rider forum to buy a team from someone but we will see…so for now no tour bus to Tuscon. Sorry to ya’all that were hopin for the private and clean pooper. If this changes I will let everyone know.

I think the plan is to rally with the trailer in Gris’ truck. Do those windows roll down in the back of your Tundra JR? Cause it’s pretty imperative that all passengers have the potential to hang bare asses out the window…

Why not come down and crew? It’s a big party! So what if you’re not racing. I plan to stay up all night making space-cheese sandwiches and playing yatzee amongst debauchery and mayhem - while J.R. rides himself sick. Sounds like a grand ol’ time - I’m glad I’m not racing this time.
Bring the tour to Tucson! Bring down the clean-pooper-tour-bus!
Our camp will have cocktails and cheap beer as well as general mayhem. We actually may be looking for one singlespeeder, but it’s too early to tell. Stainless Steve Edwards (http://steveedwardschallenge2007.blogspot.com/) is complaining about his knee and told us to get a replacement, but since it’s more of a party than anything else we’re trying to convince him to come.

Reedster if you still need someone let me know. I am a “sport” rider and do have have single speed that needs some lovin! I might consider doing that if you still needed someone. I do have a post on the rider forum board to get our team in the race but it isn’t lookin good. If not I should just go anyway and not be a p****!
