Keep in mind the aspect ratio fo the current header image and the decidedly Bike bent of this site in the summer. Although grommets, climbing, and home improvement are big with the team now (not to mention carnage and convalenscence…)

LOWCO2′s reference to the Declaration of Independence inspired me, though i haven’t had a chance to act on it… what if the header was nicely written out in a style consistent with font from the Declaration of Independence, maybe with some bit of lettering fading to a sinuous single track, or strip of bacon…
i am sleep deprived. i must say though, 24 hour and enduro mtb rides/races are good cross training for being new parents. i just hope that being a new parent does the same for conditioning for other pursuits. we’ll see on that one. i worry the Vapor Trail is going to kick my ass even harder than last year if i don’t start riding uphill really really far, soon.
