Ok, I think this is the best I’ve seen my TBS sticker on my seat post.
That’s what it looked like as I was cleaning the bike after Leadville. The finish was in the rain, made lots of mud, which is what I really wanted to be riding in at that point. At least I finished.
Wow, what a ride. Still more fun than I should have, even after all this time. Course is great, support is awesome and it’s just out there enough to make it all worth while. Come ride it with me sometime.

How’s the tubeless set up working out for you? One of these days I’ll have to come do that race which ya.

WoooT!!!
glad you made it again!! What we really want to know: what does lance smell like after a race like that?

Hey GBG, the tubeless rock! Not a single problems and I’ve got 4 bikes running it now. I’ve played a bit with pressure and find I’m 10-15 psi lower than I used to run and enjoying it.
Wolfy: You’re sick. And by the time I got back, Lance was probably showered and 4 beers in. Assuming 1 beer/hr rate. He and Wiens went 6:47 and 6:45 and the next guy in was about 7:15. Amazing times, really.

First of all tubeless is the way to go and 2nd we really do want to know what Lance smells like. Maybe even after 4 beers that’s cool to. Good call Wolfy!
sounds like armstrong and weins don’t like riding bikes if they want off the trail so fast.
