Jukebox, meets parking garage for bikes…
Tokyo has a lot of public transportation and a lot of bikes. They also like robots. So it was only a matter of time until they built a robot bike parking lot:
I wonder if out Japanese friend Aki, could go give us a personal video demo… Although it looks like fatties don’t fit fine…

There should probably be a beer (or possibly sake) dispenser for that 10-second after work wait while the robots retrieve the bike.
doesn’t look like it’d work with a Big Dummy or Extracycle either, but that’s probably not a problem in Tokyo. that’s pretty cool that something like a robot bike valet is even needed.
