I figured with his new arrival, he might have forgotton, so here’s a reminder: Tomorrow is the Griz’s birthday. My goal for the day: to NOT fall off any mountain bike trails!

Happy b-day….lately for me it’s more like my mt. bike fell off the hook in the basement…..seems like all my miles happen on the lonely road…..I think Griz’s b-day just reminded me that mt. biking is way more fun!

Wow, thanks for all the love. As you can imagine I’ve been a little distracted lately. I plan on doing a lot of fun “trail riding” this year. Hopefully we can drag onesie out on a few of those and show him how to ride his bike with out worrying about heart rate or ave. speed.
